It might work well for depressives but my pdoc gets a 1 for prescribing this for a mostly-manic patient!

Wellbutrin has helped me greatly and without(!) the awful side effects I experienced on SSRIs (inability to orgasm). I was taking Paxil CR for years with no problems at all; I felt great on it. I've been on wellbutrin 300xl and lexapro 20mgs for over 3 years and was relieved from my anxiety and depression from them (with the exception of that time of the month) over a year ago I got in a car accident and had extensive nerve damage and sciatic pain so I've been on norco daily since then and been okay. The only good news is that the sexual side effects I had from Zoloft are gone. WELLBUTRIN should be discontinued and not restarted in patients who experience a seizure while on treatment. I lost a ton of weight while on the Wellbutrin and even had co workers, friends asking me how I lost so much weight so quickly (I was taking the 150mg), but I also started experiencing heart palpitations so badly I almost got into a car accident one morning while heading into work, anxiety, panic attacks, severe ringing in the ear that I still suffer to this day.
